2 year guarantee

This certifies that the puppy has received his first vaccination (shot), has been seen by a vet and is in good health. The buyer has received the health book of his pup. The pup has received at least one treatment against parasites (deworm).

We offer a guarantee for health of our dogs for 10 days against viral infections. This guarantee will start as soon as the client has received the pup. The pup has to be seen by a vet with in 5 days for guarantee to be valid. If for any reasons the vet would  find something with the pup the buyer must advise the seller as soon as possible. If the puppy has a disease the breeder reserves the right to take the puppy back to get him treated and then return it to the buyer.

We offer a guarantee against hereditary problems for the duration of its 2 first years of life. This being said the guarantee could not exceed the price paid for the puppy. The breeder reserves the right to decide if he takes back the puppy and replaces it or gets the puppy fixed. This guarantee starts the day you pick up your pup from the seller. We guarantee articulations until the puppy gets to the age of 6 months. The seller reserves all rights to ask for an autopsy at the expense of the buyer by an authorized vet if death was to occur. The buyer also reserves the right to see any medical history of the puppy in question. The breeder gives himself the right to get the puppy seen by his own vet. In case of death of the dog caused by the following reason: congenital defect. the seller will replace the dog for an other pup of the same value and gender. The seller will not reimburse the buyer in any case.

All our dogs are sold without reproduction rights. The puppy must be spayed or neutered before the age of 8 months. Anyone not respecting this part of our contract or any part of this contract is in obligation to reimburse the breeder 5000$ for not respecting this part of the contract. The breeder will only give the buyer the Canadien Kennel Club registration documents when the buyer will receive the sterilisation documents.

I understand this contract and will engage myself to follow it.

EXLUSION OF GUARANTEE

The seller will have dewormed the pup before departure but cannot guarantee the absence of intestinal parasites. The teeth , the color , low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) or death caused by low blood sugar , closure of the cranial forehead, weight full grown, fracture caused by dropping or falling and testies  non dropping is not covered by this guarantee.
